What are the 8 Root Causes why you cannot Lose Body Fat?

More and More people are asking this question, Bill am doing everything right, exercising 5 days a week with weights, I have changed my diet, and am doing 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week yet I still am not getting the results I want.

My answer to their question, most likely you do not understand the root cause of why you have body fat in the first place.

What are your answer to these 8 questions

1.Are you hydrating with hydrogen rich water with active hydrogen? You need to hydrate your trillion+ cells at the cellular level, those recovery drinks, bottle water or those so called alkaline water you by at health food store are all acidic to the body. You need to be able to recover your first line of energy your ATP energy system. You need to be able to flush out inflammation and metabolic waste caused by exercising, this needs to be done before it damages the muscle that is why you are sore after you exercise. When hydrating with hydrogen rich water you will be fully recovered in 3 to 4 house, you need to be drinking min of 1 gal of active hydrogen water daily.

2. Good gut health and digestive system, this is huge, your gut and brain is contacted, if you have a sick gut you have a sick brain. most of the public is over weight because they have an unhealthy gut and a digestive tract that is not working,you need to be able to utilize the nutrients in the food you eat remember this it is not about consumption it is all about utilization. The reason why so many of you are hungry an hour after you eat, your digestive tract is not braking down the food you are eating it is that simple.

3.Have you changed your diet, eating 80 to 90 percent raw foods will help you have a healthy gut and digestive tract, you will also benefit by putting live probiotic and digestive enzymes in your gut (good gut bacteria)? It is not about consumption it is all about utilization, you can eat 2000 to 3000 calories per day, if you are not utilizing the nutrients from those foods guess what it goes on as fat. And be sides if your gut and digestive tract is healthy you will not need all those calories, with a healthy gut you will not be as Hungary between meals.

4.Exercising, interval training is what my wife and I do, it is a routine that fits all ages, it’s safe and will build muscle and tone muscle, it is not about doing hours of cardio per day it is all about adding muscle, that is how you burn body fat, ladies do not worry you will not look muscly you are toning your muscle you do not have the hormones a man has.

5.This is a BIG one, for those of you that are over 35 years old, if you are doing everything right like I have here and you still cannot lose that excess body fat most likely you have hormone issues, you can exercise all you want if your hormones are not balance you will never lose the body fat. You have to go to a Bio Identical hormone doctor not your family doctor, it has to be someone who it has to be a specialist in alternative hormones msg us we can point you in the right direction.

6.Understand acid/alkaline imbalance at the cellular level, your body at the cellular level needs to be slightly alkaline to be healthy, this is one of the root causes of obesity here in the U.S.

7.Daily detoxification, you have to have a way to detoxify your body from environmental toxins that you are consuming daily, the simplest and easiest way to do this is by drinking hydrogen rich water with active hydrogen it has the ability to detoxify you with each glass.

8.You must get 7 hours of sleep per day, this gives your body a chance to repair itself.

Conclusion- 75% of the body is water most of you are drinking contaminated bottle water or tap water change this first you will be amazed on how much better you will feel.
