Learn the Truth on why it is so hard to lose Body Fat

It seems everywhere we turn we’re hearing about obesity. The statistics. The dangers. The effect it has on all areas of one’s life. We know weight gain is bad, but surrounded by supersized value meals and communities not designed for walking, is there any hope of winning the battle of the bulge.

The answer is a resounding yes. And the first step lies in knowing thy enemy. Is the root of the problem just eating to much of the bad foods and not exercising not hardly, you also need to understand what all that processed foods are doing to the pH of the body or another word for it acid/alkaline imbalance. Very little is mentioned about the ph balance of the body when it comes to obesity. Once you understand this you will have a better understanding why people are obese, please read on.

Excess weight, especially obesity, diminishes almost every aspect of health, from reproductive and respiratory function to memory and mood. Obesity increases the risk of several debilitating, and deadly diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. It does this through a variety of pathways, some as straightforward as the mechanical stress of carrying extra pounds and some involving complex changes in hormones and metabolism. Obesity decreases the quality and length of life, and increases individual, national, and global healthcare costs.

The truth is you are slowly killing yourself.

Obesity in the United States has been increasingly cited as a major health issue in recent decades. While many industrialized have experienced similar increases, obesity rates in the United States are among the highest in the world.

This is shocking; nearly 70% of American adults are either overweight or obese.

It is obvious that we have a major issues when it comes to obesity.

Remember at the beginning I mentioned that the medical articles give little information, for that matter no information on how the ph of the body affects obesity.

This could possibly be the root of the problem, why do they leave it out.

What if I were to tell you, by you just changing the type of water you were drinking you will lose weight. If you were like me my answer to that was yea right, until I understood how important the ph of the body is for over all heath and how it will keep you from being obese.

Here we go the questioned is why are you over weight?

God made an amazing body, he gave our bodies mechanisms to protect ourselves like our immune system that will fight off diseases.

First of all the pH of your body needs to be in an alkaline environment to be healthy, if you are on the acidic side of the chart which most of you are you are acidic, not healthy. Degenerative diseases and obesity starts from being acidic.

The root of obesity and all diseases is acid/alkaline imbalance; your body is so acidic the body has to protect itself so you will not die. I am going to try to explain how it all works as simple as I can, here we go.

Because your body is so acidic your body has to have, somewhere to put the acidity, if not you would die.

The body has a protection mechanism called fat. When the acid in your body builds up it will take the acid crystals wrap cholesterol around it, then put it into a fat cell for storage. In other words, your 75+ trillion cells are overloaded with acid waste; your body needs to put it somewhere so you will not die, the more acidic you are the more fat cells you will have.

Question is how do we flush out the acid waste that is building up in our cell so we will not be acidic and develop fat cells.
Could it be as simple as changing the type of water you are drinking, the answer is yes it can be that simple, this is why.

The right kind of water is structured or organized in a way (micro-clustered) small little molecule that is able to penetrate the cells and flush out the acid pulled up daily. Now listen real close here, because you are able to flush out the acid build up daily your body does not need to store the acid in a fat cell does that make since.

This next process is the key why this water helps you lose weight, this is so cool. Because you are able to flush out the acid waste in each cell the body realizes that it does not have to store the acid you have in fat cells to protect itself from dieing so it will metabolize the stored fat you have and use it as energy, how cool is that, the human body is amazing.

This is also cool, because you are cleaning yourself out from being acidic from the processed foods you have been eating and the diet sodas you have been drinking, your palate will change, your digestive system follows right along, you will start utilizing the vitamins in your foods, you will not be as hungry an hour after you have eaten, all you have done is change the type of water you are drinking to kangen water.

Bottle water, tap water , those so called alkaline waters you buy at health food stores will not work, the molecules are in to large clusters, they not have the ability to penetrate the cell and flush out the acid build up in each of your cells.

Something to remember not all alkaline water is the same the best water you can drink is alkalized water you can not buy this in any health food store, you see they sell alkaline water that is not structured as small molecules.
